HealthSun Health Plans is dedicated to the provision of high quality cost effective care and services that continually satisfies the needs of providers, and the unique and diverse needs of Medicare Members.

GOALS

HealthSun Health Plans is a customer focused organization that strives to deliver care to produce and maintain member wellness. With this in mind our staff shall remain focused on the following goals;

• Improve and maintain member’s physical and emotional status
• Promote health and early intervention and empower members to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle
• Involve members in treatment and care management
  decision making
• Ensure that the care and treatment provided a member is based on accepted evidences based medical principles, standards and practices
• Be accountable and responsive to member concerns and grievances
• Utilize technology and other resources efficiently and effectively for member welfare
• Ensure that appropriate care and treatment is accessible to members and provided in a timely manner
